Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with homemade extra virgin olive oil from the owners. In Licata, the villa Rosa offers an excellent view of the sea. The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include a fan and a TV. A baby cot is also available upon request. Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace, a covered terrace and a barbecue. The property is located 1.4 km from the nearest beach and a 5-minute drive from the city centre where you will find all essential services including supermarkets, bars, pubs and restaurants. 3 parking spaces are available on the property. It is highly recommended to travel by car as the property is located on a hill. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are not available. The host can arrange an airport shuttle service upon request and for a supplement. It is possible to organise tours and excursions with the homeowner.
